OREANDA-NEWS  The US authorities did not approve the transfer of missiles for the Patriot system to Kiev by a third country, the Washington Post reported, citing unnamed sources.

"The US administration has not approved the transfer of interceptor missiles to Ukraine," the publication says.

According to the same data, the Pentagon has not received the necessary approval for sending weapons and the transfer of missiles for Patriot complexes to Ukraine by a third country. The head of the department, Pete Hegseth, according to the newspaper, "did not officially reject the transfer, but also did not take the necessary steps to approve it."
