OREANDA-NEWS Russian exports of palladium and platinum to China have increased several times over the past seven months, the Vedomosti newspaper writes, citing its own calculations based on data from the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China.

"Russia increased palladium exports to China in January-July 2026 by 2.1 times compared to the same period last year, to 10.8 tons, platinum supplies increased by 3.8 times, to three tons," the newspaper writes.

It is noted that in monetary terms, palladium supplies increased by more than a billion dollars, and platinum - by more than 202 million.
