Russians have prepared a giant "Taimyr dessert"

OREANDA-NEWS A record-sized "Taimyr dessert" has been prepared in the north of the Krasnoyarsk Territory. As reported by aif.ru his weight was 260 kilograms.
The Taimyr House of Folk Art said that the dish required 100 kilograms of lingonberries, 100 kilograms of sugar, 50 kilograms of sour cream, 5 kilograms of blueberries and 5 kilograms of blueberries. It was weighed on the spot to be included in the International Register of Achievements and Records "National Treasure".
A huge ice container measuring 3 by 2.1 meters was created specifically for this purpose.
Earlier it was reported that a unique cheese festival was held in Kostroma and became a record—breaking event where locals cooked more than 200 kilograms of chowder. The dish was prepared on the basis of almost 240 kilograms of cheese. An unprecedented amount of stew was presented to the governor, who then seasoned it with herbs.
