OREANDA-NEWS  Russian security services have warned Serbia about the upcoming riots in Belgrade, Prime Minister Ana Brnabic said. President Alexander Vucic will meet with Russian Ambassador Alexander Botan-Kharchenko. Two policemen were seriously injured during the riots, and 35 people were detained.

"We had data from the services that warned about this. First of all, the Russian security service provided us with such information," Ms. Brnabic said on TV Pink. According to her, the Serbian authorities were accused of "stupidity" when they started spreading information about it. In her opinion, "many people knew and did not want to help."

Mr. Vucic reported on the "external factor" in the protests, he thanked the foreign services, who "made it clear that they know exactly what is being prepared, and provided information to our special services, who responded in a timely manner and knew exactly what the attackers were planning."
