OREANDA-NEWS The new automobile bridge connecting Russia and North Korea will ensure reliable and stable supplies of products and will serve to expand trade and economic cooperation, said Oleg Kozhemyako, Governor of Primorsky Krai.

On Monday, Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin, along with Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of the DPRK Park Tae Song, took part in a video conference at the completion ceremony of the automobile bridge over the Tumannaya River on the border with the DPRK.

"The bridge connected the transport systems of the Russian Primorye Region with the DPRK, symbolizing the desire to strengthen friendly good-neighborly relations and increase interregional cooperation between Russia and the Democratic People's Republic of Korea. The new path will ensure reliable and stable supplies of various products, and will serve to expand trade and economic cooperation between our countries," Kozhemyako wrote on his Telegram channel.
