Vitali Klitschko, the mayor of the capital, spoke about the blackouts: "There are power outages on the left bank of the capital. Social infrastructure facilities are switching to an autonomous power supply mode."


Earlier it became known that residents of Kiev decided to spend the night in the subway. It is noted that Kiev residents took sleeping bags and large bags to the subway.

Prior to that, Ukrainian President Vladimir Zelensky said that Russia was preparing for a massive strike.
