The Prosecutor General's Office demanded to seize assets from three Russian deputies

OREANDA-NEWS The Russian Prosecutor General's Office is demanding that the assets of Anatoly Voronovsky, a State Duma deputy who lost his immunity and was accused of corruption, be seized. Kommersant writes about this.

In addition to Voronovsky, the Prosecutor General's Office filed a claim for the seizure of assets against State Duma Deputy Andrei Doroshenko, deputy of the Legislative Assembly of the Krasnodar Territory Alexander Karpenko and former First Deputy Minister of Transport and Road Management of the Krasnodar Territory Andrei Kosyanov.
There are a total of 30 defendants in the case. The claim against them will be considered by the Central District Court of Sochi.
The court arrested Voronovsky in early December 2025. He is accused of accepting a bribe of 25 million rubles from the head of the Dagomys DRSU Safarbiya Napso. The parliamentarian himself expressed his desire to cooperate with the investigation and fight for a plea of innocence.
