OREANDA-NEWS  Japan has not protested to the Russian ambassador, and the information about this step is not true. This is reported by TASS with reference to the Russian Embassy in Tokyo.

"The Japanese side has not declared any protests to the embassy in Tokyo," the diplomatic mission noted.

Thus, the embassy commented on the Kyodo message that Kimitake Nakamura, Director of the European Department of the Japanese Foreign Ministry, allegedly protested to the Russian ambassador. Representatives of the diplomatic institution noted that the information "does not correspond to reality."
