OREANDA-NEWS  US President Donald Trump announced a reduction in duties against China from 57% to 47% due to a reduction in duties imposed due to the fentanyl situation.

"The duties remain absolutely the same. It was 57%, it became 47%," Trump said aboard the presidential plane en route to Washington.

Earlier, after talks with Chinese leader Xi Jinping, Trump went straight to his special board without making a joint statement.
