OREANDA-NEWS  The Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) attacked an industrial enterprise in the Nizhny Novgorod region. This was announced by the head of the Russian region in Telegram.

Overnight, the forces of the Ministry of Defense and the Bars NN detachment repelled an attack by more than 40 drones on the Russian region. In addition to the enterprise, several residential buildings and cars were also damaged. Previously, no one was injured.

"Specialists are working at the crash site, and the consequences of the incident are being eliminated. Assistance will be provided to all citizens whose property has been damaged," Nikitin wrote.

Earlier it was reported that on the night of August 25-26, air defense systems destroyed several hundred Ukrainian drones over Russia. 16 regions were hit.
