OREANDA-NEWS  On the night of Thursday, November 10, the Ukrainian military fired 12 NATO 155 mm shells at Donetsk. This is reported by the representative office of the Donetsk People's Republic.

It is noted that the shells hit three districts of the city - Kuibyshevsky, Kievsky and Kirovsky. The shelling was carried out from the settlements of Netaylovo and Krasnogorovka.

The 155 mm caliber is used in the guns of NATO countries, in particular in American M777 howitzers, German PzH 2000 self-propelled guns, Polish Krab self-propelled guns and French CAESAR self-propelled guns, which were supplied to the APU as part of military assistance.

Earlier, the mayor of Donetsk, Aleksey Kulemzin, said that a man born in 2002 was killed when Ukrainian troops shelled the Kuibyshev district of the city, and a woman born in 1981 was injured.

As a result of the shelling, a direct hit occurred in the apartment of a multi-storey building located on Vakhrushev Street.
