OREANDA-NEWS  President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky flew to Saudi Arabia for talks with Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al Saud, after which representatives of Kiev will remain in Riyadh for talks with the United States. Information about the departure of the Ukrainian head of state was confirmed by People's Deputy of the Verkhovna Rada Yaroslav Zheleznyak in his Telegram channel.

"That's it, the presidential plane flew from Poland to Saudi Arabia," Zheleznyak said. Zelensky will hold talks with a representative of Saudi Arabia there. Later, Kiev will hold bilateral talks with Washington.

The Ukrainian delegation will include Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Ermak, Minister of Foreign Affairs Andriy Sibiga, Minister of Defense Rustem Umerov and Commander of the 93rd Brigade of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Pavlo Palisa.

Earlier, US President Donald Trump expressed hope for good talks between Washington and Kiev in Saudi Arabia. "I think we will have a good result in Saudi Arabia," he said on board the plane.
