OREANDA-NEWS. Following a decision of Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE) Listing Commission, as of June 10, 2016 ordinary shares GB00B0H1P667 (GB_MXPT) of MAX PETROLEUM PLC (London) were removed from KASE official list.

In KASE conclusion dated June 8, 2016 it is said that the reason for considering the issue of delisting of said shares was MAX PETROLEUM's indebtedness towards KASE regrading payment of annual listing fees for the period from January 1 to June 30, 2016.

Based on the above-mentioned and in accordance with sub-item 6) of item 1 of article 19 of KASE internal document "Listing Rules" said shares were delisted.

Said shares were included in KASE official list's third category from March 15, 2013, as of January 1, 2015 they were transferred to KASE official list's second category. Trading in them was opened from March 26, 2013. During said shares' circulation on KASE there were no deals involving them.
