AsiaCredit Bank Provides KASE with Extract from Registers System
OREANDA-NEWS. AsiaCredit Bank (Almaty) (the Bank), whose securities are officially listed on Kazakhstan Stock Exchange (KASE), has provided KASE with an extract from its shareholders registers system as of October 1, 2016.
According to the mentioned extract:
- the total number of authorized common shares KZ1C00090015 of the Bank makes up 19,000,000 units; - 16,904,064 common shares of the Bank are outstanding;
- the Bank bought back 15,071 common shares;
- the sole person holding shares of the Bank in the number of five or more percent of the total number of the Bank outstanding shares is N.Sultan, owning 16,888,265 common shares of the Bank.
According to the mentioned extract:
