OREANDA-NEWS  More than 1,800 SIM banks and over 3 million SIM cards of various operators were withdrawn from shadow circulation in 2025, Interior Minister Vladimir Kolokoltsev said.
 
"Last year, more than 1,800 SIM banks were withdrawn from the shadow market. And over 3 million SIM cards of various operators. Together with the National Coordination Center for Computer Incidents, about one and a half thousand foreign IP addresses have been blocked," he said at a board meeting of the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
