OREANDA-NEWS  More than 3 million people have already self-restricted loans in the first 4 days of operation of this mechanism, said the head of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation Elvira Nabiullina.

"We see that people are actively using mechanisms that can protect them. A good example is self–locking on loans. He has been working for four days, but already more than 3 million people, in just four days, have self-imposed a loan ban so that fraudsters cannot issue loans in their name," she said at a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and members of the government.
