OREANDA-NEWS   According to the results of last year, the Federal Customs Service (FCS) reduced fees to the budget by almost one trillion rubles relative to 2021. Kommersant writes about this.

The country did not receive enough funds due to a decrease in imports, while the export part of customs duties against the background of rising oil and gas prices turned out to be in the black. Federal budget revenues administered by the Federal Customs Service of Russia for 2022 amounted to 6.2 trillion rubles. This is 15 percent less than in 2021.

At the end of the year, the Ministry of Finance recorded a reduction in all three components of budget revenues from imports — VAT, excise taxes and import duties.

Earlier it was reported that the supply of German goods to Russia fell by 59.1 percent, to 800 million euros. Such a result was dismissed from Russia 5-th place in the list of largest importers of Germany on the 14th.

Prior to that, German Finance Minister Christian Lindner said that the country got rid of dependence on Russian oil and gas as soon as possible.
