OREANDA-NEWS  In 2026, a new teacher remuneration system will be approved in Russia. This was reported by TASS with reference to Deputy Prime Minister Dmitry Chernyshenko.

According to the deputy chairman of the government, it will be launched taking into account the results of pilot projects. Starting in 2027, it will be implemented in all educational institutions.

New sectoral wage systems are now being formed in order to eliminate imbalances, Chernyshenko said.

Earlier it was reported that in 2023, the average salaries of teachers, teachers and researchers in Russia increased up to 13 percent. In 2024, according to Rosstat, teachers earned an average of 58 thousand rubles per month in the Russian Federation.
