OREANDA-NEWS The enforcement proceedings against singer Zemfira Ramazanova (listed by the Ministry of Justice in the register of foreign agents) for unpaid "communal services" were discontinued after she repaid the debt. This is stated in court documents reviewed by TASS journalists.

As specified, the singer paid the outstanding unpaid utility bills, which was the reason for the closure of the production by the bailiffs. In May 2025, the Federal Bailiff Service (FSSP) received materials from the Moscow magistrate, which indicated that the artist had not paid utility bills in the amount of more than 2,900 rubles on time.

Earlier, Zemfira found a debt for housing and communal services in the basement. At that time, it was about a non-residential building in the Khoroshevsky district of Moscow, which, according to documents, still belongs to the departed star. She converted it into a studio where she recorded songs and arranged meetings with friends.

In June, it became known that the actress had a debt to the Russian tax service. According to sources, Zemfira has an unclosed sole proprietorship in Russia, and therefore she owes 733 thousand rubles to the tax service.
