OREANDA-NEWS  Prices for jet fuel and diesel in northwestern Europe on Thursday exceeded 1,9 thousand and 1,6 thousand dollars per ton, respectively, according to the Argus international agency.

"According to Argus estimates, the price of aviation fuel on CIF terms for Northwestern Europe is 1903.5 dollars per ton... The price of ARA diesel fuel on FOB terms was $1,604 per ton," the agency said in a statement.

According to Argus, the price of jet fuel has increased by almost $ 300 per day, and diesel - by more than $200 per day.
