OREANDA-NEWS A resident of the Moscow region was able to sue the BMW carmaker for more than 400 million rubles due to a broken fan in his car. This is reported by Mash.

According to the newspaper, the Russian entrepreneur is the owner of the X7 model and went to court because of problems with the front seats blowing. Initially, the court decided to charge a penalty until the replacement of the part, but the company challenged this decision and it was canceled.

The man did not despair and reached the Supreme Court, where they sided with him and demanded compensation.

It is specified that he purchased the car in 2021 for 11 million rubles. The car owner notes that he wants to donate half of the payment for the purchase of drones for soldiers of the Russian army.
