OREANDA-NEWS The State Duma adopted a law that, among other things, provides for the indexing by 20% of state duties for the issuance of a passport and a number of other documents from July 1, 2024, as well as a twofold reduction in state duty for the consideration of applications for the conclusion of pricing agreements.

Thus, the state duty for issuing a new generation passport (with an electronic data carrier) increases to 6 thousand from 5 thousand rubles, and for children under 14 years - up to 3 thousand from 2.5 thousand rubles; a refugee travel document or for registering a foreigner at the place of residence in the Russian Federation – up to 420 from 350 rubles. The state fee for issuing or extending the validity of a visa for entry into or exit from the Russian Federation will increase to 1.2 thousand from 1 thousand rubles, visas for multiple crossings of the state border – to 1.92 thousand from 1.6 thousand rubles.

The state fee for issuing an invitation to enter the Russian Federation will increase to 960 from 800 rubles; a residence permit – up to 6 thousand from 5 thousand rubles; a temporary residence permit – up to 1.92 thousand from 1.6 thousand rubles; permits to attract and use foreign workers – up to 12 thousand from 10 thousand rubles; work permits for a foreign to a citizen or a stateless person, as well as for admission to the citizenship of the Russian Federation and exit from it – up to 4.2 thousand from 3.5 thousand rubles.

At the same time, the state fee for reviewing applications for concluding pricing agreements and making changes to them is reduced to 1 million from 2 million rubles.
