OREANDA-NEWS. State Duma deputy Sultan Khamzaev supported the initiative to expel surrogate alcohol dealers from Russia and deprive them of their citizenship. This is reported by the TV channel "360".

“I consider it a reasonable initiative aimed at protecting the health of citizens. I have repeatedly advocated and will continue to advocate such actions against those who poison and kill our citizens today,” he said.

And he stressed that this would help bring order to the difficult segment of the regulation of the alcoholic beverages market.

Recall that the Federation Council took the initiative to revoke previously obtained citizenship and expel producers and distributors of surrogate alcoholic beverages to their homeland. Sergey Ryabukhin, First Deputy Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Budget and Financial Markets, shared this information.

The senators intend to introduce these innovations by the second reading of the law "On Citizenship of the Russian Federation" and supplement the list of violations with the corresponding items, the punishment for which is the termination of citizenship of the Russian Federation.
