In the footage, a man in a medical uniform studies the pictures while talking to a patient. The dialogue began with a greeting: the doctor greeted the patient in Romanian, and she answered him in Russian.
"I don't operate on Russians. Because they are enemies. How-how? Go to Ukraine and say that you are Russian," the doctor argued his position.
The Republican Clinical Hospital condemned the incident. The institution apologized for the employee's behavior and promised that the ethics commission would investigate the incident.
