OREANDA-NEWS  Russian President Vladimir Putin was upset because of the absence of one present from the head of Komi Rostislav Goldstein. The corresponding transcript of their meeting is posted on the Kremlin's website.

During the meeting, Goldstein boasted about the unique products that the region is rich in. The list includes venison and Ust-Tsilem oil, which, according to the head of Komi, is very expensive.

"They didn't give the butter a ride, did they?" said Putin. "I have sinned, I will improve, Vladimir Vladimirovich," Goldstein concluded.

It is known that Ust-Tsilem oil is a product that is produced at the Ust—Tsilem creamery. The district of the same name is one of the oldest centers of dairy farming in Komi.

Earlier in August, Putin called Lavrov an imperialist because of his outfit in Alaska.
