Rosrybolovstvo filed a lawsuit against the Vostok-1 collective farm

OREANDA-NEWS Rosrybolovstvo has filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Primorsky Krai against JSC Vostok-1 Fishing Collective Farm, established in Vladivostok, for the early termination of the agreement on fixing quotas for fishing biological resources.
On August 25, the Arbitration Court of Primorye received a lawsuit from the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation against JSC Fishing Collective Farm Vostok-1, established in Vladivostok. As follows from the text of the lawsuit published on the arbitration website, among the defendants in the lawsuit, in addition to the Primorsky Fishing collective farm Vostok-1, its CEO Alexander Saifulin, five members of the Shegnagaev family (including co-owner Vladislav and beneficiary Valery), founder Yakov Shevchenko, a number of foreign companies and individuals are named. The third parties are the Federal Antimonopoly Service, the Federal Agency for State Property Management and JSC Novy Registrator.
