OREANDA-NEWS Russia and Belarus are harmonizing the accounting and assessment of hydrocarbon reserves, the corresponding document was signed by the head of Rosnedra Oleg Kazanov and Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Belarus Viktor Galanov, according to Rosnedra.

It is indicated that during the XXVIII session of the Intergovernmental Council on Exploration, Use and Protection of Mineral Resources, the head of Rosnedra and the Deputy Minister of Natural Resources and Environmental Protection of Belarus signed documents aimed at developing Russian-Belarusian cooperation.
