OREANDA-NEWS  Russia is increasing its industrial and scientific power, Russian President Vladimir Putin has said.
On Russia Day, Putin traditionally awards laureates with the honorary title Hero of Labor and presents state prizes in the fields of science and technology, literature and art, as well as humanitarian activities.

"We are thinking about the future, confidently setting ambitious development goals for ourselves. We are moving forward and reaching new heights step by step. We are building up Russia's industrial, technological and scientific power," Putin said at the award ceremony.
