OREANDA-NEWS 328 American companies continue to do business in Russia, although by February 2022 there were more than 800 of them. This was reported by RIA Novosti.

As a rule, these are industrial firms or companies in the IT segment. Among them are Amazon marketplace, Netflix online cinema, Nvidia and Intel computer component manufacturers, Cisco network equipment manufacturer. Also on this list is Apple, manufacturer of equipment for heating, ventilation, air conditioning Carrier, manufacturer of microelectronics Microchip Technology.
72 companies selling food and consumer goods left Russia. For example, these are New Balance, Tommy Hilfiger and Victoria's Secret. Companies from the entertainment, tourism, and sports industries have also curtailed their activities. These include the Discovery Channel and Paramount Pictures Corporation. Another 46 who left the Russian market were engaged in financial and payment services. For example, these are Mastercard, Visa, PayPal and CityGroup.
