OREANDA-NEWS  One of the Russian banks was fined for spam calls to the debtor. This was reported by the press service of the Main Directorate of the Federal Bailiff Service for the Sverdlovsk region.

The Russian woman took out a loan from a bank and eventually stopped servicing the debt. After that, numerous calls began to arrive on the woman's phone.

In just eight days, the Russian woman's phone received 440 calls from the bank, which significantly exceeds the legally permitted number of contacts with the debtor. The bank was found guilty of a violation, and the financial institution was ordered to pay a fine of 100,000 rubles.

Earlier, the bank blocked the accounts of a participant in a special military operation, which left the fighter without funds on the front line. The soldier used the card to buy food and basic necessities.
