"A Simple Accident" won the Palme d'Or at the Cannes Film Festival, and was also nominated for an Oscar from France.
Earlier, People's Artist of the RSFSR, President of the Actors Guild of the Union of Cinematographers Sergey Nikonenko commented on the desire of young Russian actors to build a career in the West.
