OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian Interior Ministry has put Shahin Shikhlinsky, the head of the Azerbaijani diaspora in the Urals, on the wanted list. This is evidenced by information from the agency's website.

The reason for this was an article of the Criminal Code. Details are not disclosed.

On June 1, Shykhlinsky was detained in Yekaterinburg. The special forces stopped the Mercedes-Benz G-class in which he and his son were traveling in the middle of the road near the Baku Plaza shopping center. After that, the head of the diaspora was taken away for interrogation, but later released.
