OREANDA-NEWS  The number of victims of the explosion in a cafe in St. Petersburg, in which the war correspondent Vladlen Tatarsky (real name - Maxim Fomin) died, has grown to 32 people, 10 are in serious condition, the press service of the Ministry of Health of Russia reported.

Earlier it was reported about 30 victims, 24 of whom were hospitalized.

"According to operational data, 32 people were injured in St. Petersburg as a result of an incident in a cafe, one person was killed. The condition of 10 victims is assessed as serious, 16 in a moderate condition, including a girl of 14 years, 5 people in a satisfactory condition," the report says.
All patients are treated in inpatient conditions, another victim refused hospitalization, she was treated on an outpatient basis.

The explosion in the cafe on the University embankment thundered on Sunday evening. A source of RIA Novosti reported that the explosive device was brought, presumably, by one of the visitors of the evening, there was a statuette in the box — a gift to Tatarsky.

The organizer of the event in St. Petersburg, the Cyber Front Z movement, reported that they had taken security measures, but they were not enough.
