OREANDA-NEWS The Russian army has cleared another settlement in the DPR from the Ukrainian Armed Forces. This is reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense in the daily summary of events in the area of the special military operation.
We are talking about the village of Sukhoi Yar. The relevant activities were carried out by units of the Center group of forces.
In addition, the group's fighters engaged in battle with two Ukrainian formations and repelled a number of enemy attacks, the military added. The total losses of the enemy during the day of fighting in the sector of the front line controlled by the group amounted to 450 people.
Earlier it was reported about the intensification of hostilities in the Zaporizhia region, where Russian troops continue to advance deep into the enemy's defenses. On November 11, the Ministry of Defense informed about the transfer of the settlement of Novouspenovskoye under Russian control. Formations of the Vostok group of forces are fighting in this area.
