OREANDA-NEWS  Entrepreneur Natalia Dubovitskaya became the owner of the company "La dacha Astrakhan", on the balance of which is the estate complex "Volga Dacha", located in the Limansky district of the Astrakhan region.

Such changes to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities were made on September 21, 2023. This is the fourth change of ownership of La Dacha Astrakhan LLC in less than a year and a half. In April 2022, the owner of the company (instead of the Cyprus offshore Woorlon Holdings Limited) became its CEO Stanislav Podolsky, and a year later he was replaced by the Cyprus Digitdrive Limited, then by Elena Poletaeva. Poletaeva owned the company for less than two weeks, since September 11, 2023.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Poletaeva also owns 1% of La Dacha Service LLC, a subsidiary of La Dacha Astrakhan, engaged in real estate management. This firm is also headed by Podolsky.

The Volga Dacha complex, according to the Vedomosti newspaper, once belonged to businessman Oleg Tinkov. In 2016, he announced that he was launching his own tourism project - private villas La datcha in Val Thorens, Courchevel, Forte dei Marmi and Astrakhan, which were planned to be rented to wealthy fans of outdoor activities. Tinkov wanted to launch a similar project in Kamchatka.

However, in 2022, the businessman announced that he had sold Russian assets to La datcha "at the market price", without revealing the buyer. Foreign projects remained with Tinkov.

The complex with an area of 1.7 thousand square meters, located on 3 hectares in the lower reaches of the Volga, was put up for sale, according to Vedomosti, in July of this year. The estate itself, guest houses, a gazebo and a sports ground are located on the plot. A third of the site is empty. According to Vedomosti, it was planned to sell the complex for 850-900 million rubles.

In the spring of 2022, the administration of the Limansky district of the Astrakhan region filed a lawsuit with the Arbitration Court of Moscow against La Dacha Astrakhan LLC over the rights to a plot of land with an area of 2.5 hectares under the guest house, since it is located on the lands of specially protected territories. However, according to the court file, on July 27, 2022, a written petition was received from the plaintiff to waive the claims. The court granted the petition, the proceedings were terminated.

According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, Dubovitskaya is a co-owner of Bureau Dream LLC and Bureau SPB LLC, which provide hairdressing services. The salons are located in Barvikha near Moscow and in St. Petersburg. In addition, she owns 100% of Vetradiology LLC, which is engaged in veterinary activities in Odintsovo, near Moscow.
