OREANDA-NEWS  The Russian medium-range missile "Oreshnik" cannot be shot down using drones. This was stated by the President of Ukraine, Vladimir Zelensky, according to the Novini Live Telegram channel.

"This is a threat to many countries. It is impossible to shoot down the Hazel Grove with drones," Zelensky said.

According to him, Kiev's partners will decide for themselves how to respond to the deployment of the Oreshnik missile system in Belarus.

Earlier, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced that the Russian Oreshnik medium-range ballistic missile system was on combat duty. He added that military cooperation with Russia ensures the strategic protection of the republic.
