OREANDA-NEWS. The sex scandal, which erupted for a couple of years calling the British royal family, did not disappear, but was continued. Virginia Giuffre, who accused Elizabeth II's son of sexual assault, filed a lawsuit against him in New York.

According to Giuffre, she became a "victim" of businessman Jeffrey Epstein. He introduced her to Prince Andrew in 2001. The girl was then only 17 years old.

Now she is demanding compensation from the 61-year-old prince for the received physical and mental damage.

Giuffre accuses the odious prince of beating her and deliberately causing moral suffering. The lawsuit, filed in a New York court, states that Virginia was forced to have sex with Prince Andrew three times - on the orders of Epstein, a close friend of the monarch.

Jeffrey Epstein was accused of sex trafficking in minors. On August 10, 2019, he committed suicide in a pre-trial detention center. Many still doubt that the man himself decided to die. Allegedly, he knew too much about a huge number of famous people and he was "helped" to die.

Sexual abuse by Prince Andrew of a child who was a victim of "sex trafficking at a time when he was about 40 years old is beyond all possible boundaries of decency and is unacceptable in a civilized community," says an official document submitted by Virginia to the court.

Giuffre said she is filing this lawsuit on behalf of all victims of sexual violence and wants to get justice.

“I hold Prince Andrew responsible for what he has done to me. Influential and wealthy people are not exempt from responsibility for their actions. I hope that other victims will see that it is possible - not to live in silence and fear, but you can correct your life by speaking out and demanding justice, ”the woman said.

Representatives for Prince Andrew expectedly declined to comment. The accused himself has always denied any connection with Virginia and even said that the photo in which they are captured together with Epstein's beloved is a fake. However, after this scandal, Andrew was relieved of his royal duties.
