New UCLA Staff Assembly leaders elected
OREANDA-NEWS. June 22, 2016. UCLA Staff Assembly's 2015-16 Executive Board members, elected by staff members in a campuswide vote, will take office on July 1:
- Michelle Chen, president
- Walen Ngo, president-elect
- Mike Lee, immediate past president
- Alberto Alquicira, vice president, development
- Vivienne Lee, vice president, events
- Joe Luk, vice president, information systems
- Lisa Lee, vice president, programs
- Eugene Acosta, vice president, strategic communications
- Rex Lorenzo, vice president, special projects
- Shirley Rayner, secretary/historian
- Ramces Jimenez, treasurer
- Laona Lebeouf, member-at-large
UCLA Staff Assembly is an organization “for staff, by staff.” Through educational, social, and community programs — including Learn at Lunch programs and the upcoming July 29 Annual All-Staff Picnic — the organization fosters staff engagement in support of UCLA’s mission.
