OREANDA-NEWS. Those vaccinated with the Sputnik V coronavirus vaccine told RIA Novosti about the level of antibodies after vaccination. The results of the long-awaited vaccination were different for everyone: from exceeding the norm by four times to a complete non-production of immunoglobulins.

All vaccinated citizens received the Sputnik V vaccine not as part of post-registration studies, therefore, placebo administration is excluded. Antibody tests were taken from interlocutors of the agency three weeks after the second vaccination. Such a test, exactly 21 days after the second vaccination, was previously advised by the director of the Gamaleya Center, Alexander Gintsburg.

The test results showed that the first vaccinated had an IgG antibody level of 40.74 units per milliliter at a rate of 10.00 or less, the second - 20.00 per milliliter, and the third - 14.60 units per milliliter. They were tested with the same test systems. Two more vaccinated people said that they learned about antibodies using other tests, one of them had an antibody level of 15 at a rate of 1.1, the other - 17.57 at a rate of 0.8.

The head of Rospotrebnadzor Anna Popova previously stated that even if the titer of antibodies to coronavirus in a person falls, this does not mean that he is not protected, since he retains memory cells about immunity, which, if necessary, can start producing antibodies again.

Sputnik V is the world's first Russian-made vaccine for the prevention of COVID-19; the Ministry of Health registered it in mid-August. In the summer, he successfully completed two stages of research on volunteers between the ages of 18 and 60, who eventually developed an immune response and antibodies to SARS-CoV-2.
