OREANDA-NEWS. On 29 December 2008 was announced, that Setun Hills mixed-use complex is to be under construction at a junction of Starovolynskaya Street and Minskaya Street in west Moscow from 2008 to 2014.

The relevant decree by City Hall has been signed by Moscow Mayor Yuri Luzhkov on December 24.

According to the document, the total area of the plot allocated for developing is 23.65 ha. Setunskaya local management is to act as customer and developer.

The customer and developer is in charge of building pipelines and networks and social objects needed for allocating the complex at the expense of its own or obtained funds.

When the object has been commissioned, 100 per cent of its area will be transferred into the ownership of CJSC TD Setunskaya.

The implementation of the decree will be supervised by Vladimir Resin, first deputy Moscow Mayor at City Hall, and Yury Alpatov, Prefect of the Western Administrative District of Moscow.
