OREANDA-NEWS. With the support of “Ilyich Iron & Steel Works of Mariupol” an affiliate of Metinvest Group a new medical out-patient clinic of primary health care center branched out. The project was realized within the framework of the agreement about social partnership between the Works and Mariupol city council. The Works’ investment amounted to UAH 550 ths. After branching out of a new patient care institution the medical care became closer and more accessible for more than 10 thousand habitants of the residential community Kirovskiy.

Medical out-patient clinic is situated on the first floor of the multistory apartment house. The premise was practically completely reconstructed by the workers of the repair and improvement shop of the Works. Dismantling of old structures, replacement of wiring, plumbing system and fixtures, engineering networks was accomplished qualitatively and in compliance with the schedule. In the consulting rooms were replaced window units, doors and floorings, walls were winterized and adjacent territory was improved. In order to ensure more comfortable conditions for staff and patients new air conditioning systems were presented to the clinic by the Works.

This new medical institution comprises room for medical procedures, day patient facility and physiotherapeutic room. Patients will have a possibility to pass medical examination and to obtain primary health care. If an additional medical examination is required the patients will be referred to single-functioned specialists.

The habitants of this district don’t need any more to go far in order to obtain medical care, it is close now. In the beginning of this year we determined a range of city objects requiring principle emphasis.
