Moldova Will Launch More Electronic Services in 2014
OREANDA-NEWS. January 31, 2014. More electronic services will be launched in 2014. They were presented at public debates on e-services for business environment.
The director of the Electronic Governing Centre, Stela Mocan, said that, among the projects due to be given the final touches in 2014, there were: the launch of the electronic invoice, e-authorisation to use water and e-authorisation in transport. „All visits by colleagues from the 34 control bodies will be recorded in the Controls Register. Thus, businessmen will be able to see how often they are visited, whether the visits comply with the legislation and which their results were,” Mocan said.
On the other hand, Mocan said that the entrepreneurs wanted to be created a joint platform of authorisations and services of registration/dissolution of a business, e-authorisations in constructions and customs clearance appointments to be digitally accessible.
Prime Minister Iurie Leanca said the providing of as many as possible services had not just the goal to facilitate the citizens’ life, but also to modernise Moldova. “Our biggest problem is that, in the first 20 years of independence, we had focused on something else than on what we had to: how to create modern institutions. Thus, the gap between us and the rest of the world was increasing. Presently, our objective is to diminish it, to take over advanced experiences,” Leanca said.
More electronic services have been launched over the past years. Among them there are: e-licence, e-criminal record, e-CNAS (e-National Social Insurances House), e-CNAM (e-National Health Insurances House). About 90 services are electronic out of the approximately 600 services provided by the central public authorities.
