OREANDA-NEWS. UniCredit Bank ranked fourth in the reputation rating of banks by Business magazine. At the same time it received the highest score for a media activity, and took third place in the “Reputational stability” and “Image capital CSR”.

“Maintaining the bank's reputation at the highest level is everyday work for us, as the value of this asset is difficult to overestimate. We are engaged in an active dialogue with all stakeholders, trying to find a mutually beneficial solution to the problems invariably arising in such a turbulent period that our country and the banking system in particular are now experiencing. I think this approach allows the bank regularly hold leading positions in various reputational ratings”, - said UniCredit Bank corporate identity and communications department director Iryna Kobylchenko.

Rating is based on estimates of the jury, comprised of journalists from leading media, independent industry experts, representatives of consulting companies, professional associations of market participants, as well as investment researchers.

Experts estimated the presence of "live" and active PR-service, objective basis for creating a favorable reputation, quality of the disseminated messages, real usefulness of corporate and social projects, stable work on informing about these projects, the availability of the company crisis response and other indicators.
