OREANDA-NEWS. A working meeting between Alexey Miller, Chairman of the Gazprom Management Committee, and Denis Safin, Director General of Zagorsk Pipe Plant, took place in Moscow today.

It was noted that in March 2017 large-diameter pipes produced by Zagorsk Pipe Plant, namely electric-welded longitudinal steel pipes with a diameter of 1,020 to 1,422 millimeters, had been included in the register of pipe products approved for use at Gazprom’s facilities.

The parties discussed the prospects for further cooperation on the condition that Zagorsk Pipe Plant consistently ensure high quality of its products.

Zagorsk Pipe Plant (ZTZ) became operational in 2015. It is one of the five Russia-based companies producing large-diameter pipes. ZTZ has the production capacities to manufacture longitudinally welded pipes of steel grades up to X100 with a diameter of 530 to 1,420 millimeters and a length of up to 12.2 meters. The company mainly caters to the oil and gas sector.
