The Board of Directors of Valero Energy Corporation (NYSE:VLO) (“Valero”) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend on the company’s common stock of \\$0.60 per share.  The dividend is payable on June 21, 2016 to holders of record at the close of business on May 25, 2016.
