OREANDA-NEWS  By now, the fuel has gone on sale at more than a hundred gas stations in Crimea. This was stated by the Minister of Fuel and Energy of the peninsula, Vladimir Voronkin, as quoted by RIA Novosti.

The register of gas stations where it is possible to purchase automobile fuel is available on the website of the branch regional ministry, he specified. Currently, 112 gas stations are on the list, Voronkin summed up.

In the future, the list of gas stations where you can buy gasoline will be updated as new fuel shipments arrive, the head of the relevant department stated.

Problems with the availability of motor fuel in Crimea have arisen against the background of increased attacks by Ukrainian drones on the Novorossiya highway connecting the peninsula with Rostov-on-Don. As a result, at the end of May, the premium brand of AI-95 gasoline in the region began to be sold on coupons, and long queues began to form at the entrances to gas stations.

Russian Presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said that the regional authorities are actively working to provide the peninsula with fuel. Sevastopol Governor Mikhail Razvozhaev promised to do everything possible to return the AI-92 and AI-95 to gas stations as soon as possible. He explained the current situation with "logistical difficulties, the reasons for which are known."
