OREANDA-NEWS Venezuela's oil and petroleum products exports are proceeding normally, and tankers involved in the operations of the state-owned PDVSA continue to navigate with full technical and insurance coverage, the company said after the recent cyberattack.

"Crude oil and derivatives export operations are operating normally, and oil tankers associated with PDVSA operations continue to sail with full provision, technical support and operational guarantees," Petróleos de Venezuela, S.A., said in a statement.

The servers of the Venezuelan state-owned company PDVSA were subjected to a cyberattack aimed at stopping its operational activities, it did not affect the work of the main production units, the company said on Monday.
