RE/MAX will hold its second annual Asia-Pacific Convention at The Grand Fourwings Convention Hotel in Bangkok, Thailand.  The event is being hosted by the RE/MAX Thailand region for RE/MAX Affiliates in 15 Asia-Pacific countries. Organizers are expecting about 300 attendees from a total of 30 countries.

The convention is designed to provide practical information on achieving success in the regional marketplace. Kick-off is on August 31 with sessions on Commercial real estate, social media, property management and business action plans. The afternoon Opening General Session will feature a presentation by RE/MAX Chief Operating Officer, Adam Contos.
 
The remaining days of the convention will be filled with a variety of sessions, including technology, internet marketing and lead generation. On the closing day there will be a Global Exchange, a valuable venue for attendees to build international business referral relationships.
 
The RE/MAX Asia-Pacific Convention will feature a lineup of accomplished speakers and presenters, as well as providing numerous opportunities for personal networking. Attendees will also enjoy a Gala Dinner and Tuk-Tuk Night, an exhilarating ride through Bangkok featuring Thailand’s tastes and flavors.

The convention will be preceded by a 2-day Global Franchise Sales Summit starting on August 29.  Attendees will discuss strategies for growing the RE/MAX footprint through increased franchise sales. The Sales Summit will include 2 panels of the top RE/MAX franchise sales people from both Europe and the US.
 
In conjunction with the Asia-Pacific Convention, attendees from India will hold their annual region convention and RE/MAX Australia will hold its annual Broker Conference during the event in Bangkok.
