OREANDA-NEWS  The combined Wildberries-Russ company, RVB LLC, secured a 100% stake in the operating company of the perfume retailer Rive Gauche. According to the Unified State Register of Legal Entities, since September 23, the pledge agreement has been valid for Aromalux LLC, the owner of this legal entity is the Cyprus Rive Gauche Group Ltd.

In addition, a 100% pledge agreement for Aromatech LLC, owned by Aromalux, has been in force since September 23. RVB is also the mortgagee.

On Sunday, the newspaper Kommersant, citing sources, reported that Wildberries-Russ could become the owner of Rive Gauche. According to the publication, earlier negotiations on the purchase of Rive Gauche were conducted by Alexey Mordashov's Severgroup structures, but the dialogue stalled; in addition, RVB offered more favorable terms of the deal.

On September 26, Wildberries and Rive Gauche announced a strategic partnership, under which Rive Gauche stores joined the Wildberries pickup service, and also received their own section in the marketplace's perfumery and cosmetics catalog.
