OREANDA-NEWS  AvtoVAZ will introduce a new crossover model based on Lada Vesta in June 2025, and plans to start production in 2026, said Maxim Sokolov, president of the company.

"As early as June 2025, we will hold the world premiere of a new crossover created by Russian engineers on the Russian Vesta platform, and we will begin its release in 2026," the press service quoted Sokolov as saying.

The president of the company clarified that the further development of the model range is currently a trade secret.

AvtoVAZ owns production sites in Tolyatti and Izhevsk. The brand currently consists of six model families: Vesta, Largus, Granta, Niva Legend, NevaTravel and Aura.
